How Easy Is It to Use?

You can download the app easily. The app is free, and you can download it from both Google Play Store and the Apple Store. You can select every food item within the app to know all about the food ingredients. You can create your own profile with a list of user specific allergens and browse food from within the app directory.

You can choose from different meal types, including vegetarian, halal and even kosher. When you're in the shopping mall, and find a product that you love - you can just pick it up and use the app to scan the product barcodes. The app would tell you about the ingredients in the food, so that you can easily view the ingredients in the food in the app dashboard.

You would receive different information including allergens in the good and non compliant ingredients according to the meal dietary plan you've chosen in the app. You can track other important information including sugar, sodium and fat levels in the food.

Additionally, you can even save your health goals, so that you know what you want to achieve. And if you want to eat something that isn't suitable according to your dietary plan, the app would alert you.

Most other food apps just let you choose a dietary plan, and tell you about the items that you can eat (or cannot). However, NutriGuide goes a step further and you can just select a food to know whether you should be eating it or not.
