App of the Day (iOS & Android) – Gorilla Workout




Praised by Apple, Lifehacker and many other tech media giants, Gorilla workout has quickly taken over the Health & Fitness category on both Google Play and App Store. It is definitely one of our new fitness apps, so it conquered us as well. The app is very simple, but yet so effective. It contains over 40 excercises that are meant to be done without any equipment. 


All these exercises are grouped and combined between each other. There are various routines that combine these exercises with cardio and strength training. The app has 4 fitness levels and is basically focused on cross training that will maximize cardio and strength. On top of that you can create and follow day-by-day workout regimen and there are more than 1k workout routines for each level. Of course, the app has workouts for all body parts.
