Get the 60 Second Workout Challenge app and use it anywhere you are, anytime you want. It is easy to follow, but the more you exercise, the more complex the exercises will get. Within every exercise, there is an exact description of it and an image, as well.
There’s no resting period required of you, so you can have as long or as little rest period between the exercises as you need. You won’t need to look at the timer, the app contains a timer with sounds that will tell you when to stop. Use the calendar to add notes and let it remind you to workout with the built-in reminder.
