positive things in your health and lifestyle. All the app needs from you is
5-10 minutes daily. It can really have meaningful impact on how you feel every
day. The app is very intuitive, simple and easy to use.
When you open it, there are several modes. You can choose the mode that really suits your feelings and body and state of mind. For example, if you are feeling stressed you need to pick those breathing exercises.
When you finally chose the patterns, the app than
automatically tailors breathing patterns and timer for that particular pattern.
