Our today’s app of the day for the Android platform is the outstanding Health & Fitness app called Prana Breath. It is an app that will help you reduce stress, improve brain activity, quality of sleep and many other positive things in your health and lifestyle. All the app needs from you is 5-10 minutes daily. It can really have meaningful impact on how you feel every day. The app is very intuitive, simple and easy to use.

When you open it, there are several modes. You can choose the mode that really suits your feelings and body and state of mind. For example, if you are feeling stressed you need to pick those breathing exercises.

When you finally chose the patterns, the app than automatically tailors breathing patterns and timer for that particular pattern. There is a timer and calming music. Each breath exercise you do is stored and you can later see your progress. You can set up your own training schedule and even add reminders to be more effective and don’t forget that you need to train.

The app is totally free and using it every day can really boost your mental and overall physical health.
