Estimate 1RM for any exercise, use your true 1RM, view a 1RM percentage table, see estimated maximum weight for any repetition amount using this app.
Use the plate calculator, powerful graphs to stay motivated and a feature that alerts of your rest time as well as timer that resets after each set. You can also record your cardio and workout together with live leaderboards. Workout reminders will be given to you as well as alerts.
