can scroll and view the different workouts and start from the beginning. You
can do all kinds of chin ups, pull ups, squats, calf raises, dips, bench presses,
etc. Also, it will tell you how long the workout should last. For example, do
the 4 sets of 8 chin ups and then you have 30 seconds of reset.
